产教融合视域下高职教育与区域经济协同发展研究

摘　　要：产教融合是高等院校的教育教学与生产型行业内企业的生产经营活动有机结合的一种教育方式,对高职教育发展具有积极作用。在产教融合视域下,高等职业教育是区域经济发展的助推器,区域经济是高等职业教育发展的动力源;区域经济发展水平、产业结构、技术结构与高等职业教育发展水平、专业设置、人才培养相互制约。基于此,产教融合视域下推动高等职业教育与区域经济社会协同发展,需要拓宽办学思路、多元协同育人;发挥各自优势,实施协同管理;完善协同制度,彰显产教融合;聚焦人才需求,供需无缝对接;加强内涵建设,增强综合实力。The integration of production and education is a kind of education mode that combines the education and teaching of colleges and the production and operation activities of enterprises in production-oriented industries.The integration of production and education has a positive effect on higher vocational education.From the perspective of integration of production and education,the research on the collaborative development mechanism of higher vocational education and regional economy is conducive to promoting the common development of both sides:on the one hand,higher vocational education is the booster of regional economic development.On the other hand,regional economy is the power source of the development of higher vocational education.Therefore,it is necessary to promote the coordinated development of higher vocational education and regional economy,achieve win-win situation and promote economic and social development from the following aspects:broadening school running ideas,diversifying collaborative education;giving full play to their respective advantages and implementing collaborative management;improving the collaborative system to highlight the integration of production and education;focusing on talent demand and seamless connection of supply and demand;strengthening connotation construction and enhancing comprehensive strength.
