摘 要:目的:探究Teach-back沟通模式对初诊冠心病患者心理状态及自我管理行为的影响。方法:将2016年9月-2018年9月在某院收治的104例初诊冠心病患者作为观察对象,按照随机数字表法将患者分为研究组和对照组,对照组52例行常规教育模式,研究组52例患者实施Teach-back沟通模式。分别对两组病人干预前及干预后心理状态积分、自我管理行为和自我效能感水平比较。结果:①心理状态:研究组干预后的焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)得分值均低于对照组(t=-4.894,-5.678,P<0.01);②自我管理行为:研究组干预后一般生活、不良嗜好、疾病知识、症状、急救、治疗依从性、情绪认知及总分均高于对照组(t=2.756,3.944,2.638,3.519,3.499,3.484,3.938,8.712;P<0.05);③自我效能感水平:研究组干预后GSES积分高于对照组(t=5.107,P<0.01)。结论:对于初次诊断冠心病患者实施Teach-back沟通模式健康教育,能够明显缓解患者负性情绪,提高自我管理能力,改善自我效能感水平。Objective:To explore the effect of teach-back communication mode on psychological state and self-management behavior of new patients with coronary heart disease.Methods:We selected 104 new patients with coronary heart disease from September 2016 to September 2018 in our hospital as objects of observation,and divided them into the study group and the control group randomly according to numerical table method.Performed routine education mode was used in the control group(52 patients),performed teach-back communication mode for the study group(52 patients).We compared the scores of psychological state,self-management behavior and self-efficacy between the two groups before and after intervention.Results:①The scores of SAS and SDS in the study group were lower than those in the control group(t=-0.490,-5.678,P<0.01);(2)After intervention,the general life,bad habits,disease knowledge,symptoms,first aid,treatment compliance,treatment compliance,emotional cognition and total scores of patients in the study group were higher than those in the control group(t=2.756,3.944,2.638,3.519,3.499,3.484,3.938,8.712,P<0.05);(3)The score of GSES in the study group was higher than that in the control group(t=5.107,P<0.01).Conclusion:The implementation of teach-back communication mode health education for new coronary heart disease can obviously alleviate the negative emotion of patients,improve the ability of self-management and improve the level of self-efficacy.
