聚焦解决模式的心理干预对狼疮肾炎患者不良情绪及心理弹性的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨基于聚焦解决模式的心理干预对狼疮肾炎患者不良情绪、心理弹性及希望水平的影响。方法:选取某院2015年5月-2016年5月收治的120例狼疮肾炎患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组(60例)和对照组(60例),对照组予以常规干预,观察组在对照组的基础上实施聚焦解决模式的心理干预,两组均干预至出院后1个月。比较两组的负性情绪[焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)]、心理弹性[心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)]、希望水平[Herth希望量表(HHI)]。结果:干预后,观察组的SAS及SDS评分均显著低于对照组(t=-3.850,-5.528;P<0.01);观察组的坚韧、力量、乐观评分及CD-RISC总分均显著高于对照组(t=4.725,5.816,13.852,9.416;P<0.01);观察组的与他人保持亲密关系的态度、对现实和未来的积极态度、采取积极行动的态度评分及HHI总分均显著高于对照组(t=8.219,12.440,11.490,18.085;P<0.01)。结论:狼疮肾炎患者应用聚焦解决模式的心理干预能够显著提高心理弹性,改善焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高疾病治疗的希望水平。Objective:To discuss the effect of psychological intervention based on focused solution mode on bad emotion,psychological elasticity and hope level in patients with lupus nephritis.Methods:We selected 120 patients with lupus nephritis in our hospital from May 2015 to 2016 as object of study,and divided them into the observation group(60 patients)and the control group(60 patients)randomly.The control group received the routine intervention,and the observation group received the psychological intervention based on focused solution mode besides the routine intervention,which lasted till 1 month after discharge from the hospital.The negative emotion(SAS and SDS),psychological elasticity(CD-RISC)and hope level(HHI)were compared.Results:After intervention,the scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(t=-3.850,-5.528;P<0.01),the scores of tenacity,strength,optimism and the total score of CD-RISC in the observation group were significantly higher than that in the control group(t=4.725,5.816,13.852,9.416;P<0.01),the scores of the attitude of maintaining close relationship with others,the positive attitude towards reality and the future,the attitude of taking positive action and the total score of HHI in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(t=8.219,12.440,11.490,18.085;P<0.01).Conclusion:The application of psychological intervention based on focused solution mode for patients with lupus nephritis can significantly improve the psychological elasticity,improve anxiety and depression,and improve the hope level of disease treatment.
