摘 要:目的:编制基层公务员心理素质量表,并检验其效度和信度。方法:通过文献分析、开放式问卷调查和访谈编制题项。在河北省保定市进行两次取样,用初测样本(n=275)进行项目分析和探索性因素分析,用正式施测样本(n=221)进行验证性因素分析及信效度检验。结果:基层公务员心理素质量表包括心理健康素质、性格品质素质和心理能力素质3个分量表。其中心理健康素质分量表包括焦虑性和忧郁性两个维度;性格品质素质分量表包括责任性、利他性和自律性3个维度;心理能力素质分量表包括灵活应变、人际交往和承压能力3个维度。3个分量表经验证性因素分析所得模型均符合心理测量学要求,内部一致性系数分别为0.85、0.83和0.89。结论:本研究编制的基层公务员心理素质量表具有较好的心理测量学特征,可以用于测量基层公务员的心理素质状况。Objective:To develop mental quality scale for basic level civil servants and test its validity and reliability.Methods:The original scale was designed according to document analysis,open-label questionnaire(n=72)and interview results(n=12).Two investigations were conducted in Baoding,Hebei province.The preliminary sample(n=275)was conducted with item analysis and exploratory factor analysis(EFA),and the formal tested sample(n=221)was conducted with confirmatory factor analysis(CFA).Results:The mental quality scale contained 3 subscales,namely mental health,character traits,and mental ability.The mental health subscale was divided by two factors of anxiety and depression.The character traits subscale was divided by three factors of responsibility,altruism,and self-discipline.The mental ability subscale was divided by three factors of flexibility,interpersonal skills,and stress tolerance.The indicators of CFA with three subscales were in requirements of psychometric.The Cronbach’s alphas of three subscales were 0.85,0.83,and 0.89.Conclusion:The scale has satisfactory validity and reliability,and can be used to measure mental quality of civil servants.
