摘  要:为推导自励式缓速器温升计算模型,以新型自励式缓速器样机作为研究对象,建立三维温度场解析方程,后基于虚拟边界法、电磁学和热力学理论,分别推导出自励式缓速器的温升方程和输出力矩随温度变化的数学表达式,最后通过台架实验对推导结果进行了验证。结果表明:推导出的数学表达式结果与台架试验结果基本符合,验证了此数学模型的可行性,为日后自励式缓速器的研究提供理论依据。In order to deduce the temperature rise calculation model of the self-excited retarder,taking the prototype of the self-excited retarder as the research object,the three-dimensional equation of the temperature field were established. Based on the virtual boundary method,electromagnetism and thermodynamics theory, the temperature rise equation of the self-excited retarder and the mathematical formula of the output torque changing with temperature are deduced respectively. At last,the derivation results were verified by bench test. The results showed that the derived mathematical formula are basically consistent with the results of the bench test,and the feasibility of the mathematical model is verified,which can provide a theoretical basis for the research of the selfexcited retarder in the future.
