摘 要:乳腺癌是一种由于细胞增殖失控而引发的严重危及人类尤其是女性生命的疾病。目前,寻找稳定有效、非侵入性的生物标志物来准确诊断乳腺癌,以及寻求新的治疗乳腺癌的方法显得至关重要。microRNA(miRNA)是一种内源性非编码小RNA,参与细胞内的多种生理过程,部分miRNA可以促进或抑制肿瘤的发生,具有诊断和治疗癌症的潜在价值。本文梳理了在乳腺癌中发挥作用的一些miRNA,并简述了这些miRNA如何参与乳腺癌的发生及发展,评估了其作为乳腺癌生物标志物的可靠性。Breast cancer is a serious disease caused by uncontrolled cell proliferation, which threatens the lives of humans, especially women. At present, it is very important to find stable and effective non-invasive biomarkers to accurately diagnose breast cancer, and to seek new methods for treating breast cancer. microRNA(miRNA) are a kind of endogenous non-coding functional small RNAs that participate in various physiological processes in cells. Some miRNA can promote or inhibit the occurrence of tumors, and have the potential value of diagnosis and treatment of cancer. This article summarized some miRNA that play a role in breast cancer, briefly described how these miRNA participate in the occurrence and development of breast cancer, and evaluates its reliability as a biomarker for breast cancer.
