摘 要:目的分析甲状腺癌的CDFI、MRI影像学特征,对比其诊断效能。方法回顾性分析什邡市人民医院2015年4月至2019年3月收治的79例甲状腺癌患者的临床资料,观察MRI检查及CDFI检查的诊断结果进行讨论和分析;对比经MRI检查、CDFI检查及两者联合检查对甲状腺癌的诊断准确性、敏感性和特异性。结果经MRI检查对甲状腺癌的诊断灵敏性、特异性和准确性分别为89.87%、86.08%、89.87%,CDFI检查对甲状腺癌的诊断灵敏性、特异性和准确性分别为77.22%、74.68%、79.75%,MRI联合CDFI检查对甲状腺癌的诊断灵敏性、特异性和准确性分别为98.73%、93.67%、98.73%。MRI检查对甲状腺癌的诊断灵敏性、特异性和准确性明显高于CDFI检查,但两者联合检查对甲状腺癌的诊断灵敏性、特异性和准确性明显高于单一的MRI、CDFI检查。差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用MRI检查和CDFI检查均可有效显示甲状腺癌的影像学特点,但两者联合可以更有效地提高甲状腺癌的诊断灵敏性、特异性和准确性。Objective To analyze the CDFI and MRI imaging features of thyroid cancer and compare their diagnostic efficacy.Methods The clinical data of 79 patients with thyroid cancer admitted to our hospital from April 2015 to March 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.The diagnostic results of MRI and CDFI were observed and analyzed.The accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of MRI,CDFI and combined examination of them for thyroid cancer were compared.Results The diagnostic sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of MRI for thyroid cancer were 89.87%,86.08%,and 89.87%,respectively.The sensitivity,specificity,and accuracy of CDFI examination for thyroid cancer were 77.22%,74.68% and 79.75%,respectively.The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of MRI combined with CDFI examination for thyroid cancer were 98.73%,93.67%,and 98.73%,respectively.The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of MRI examination for thyroid cancer were significantly higher than those of CDFI,but the sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of MRI combined with CDFI examination for thyroid cancer were significantly higher than those of single MRI and CDFI.The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Both MRI and CDFI examinations can effectively show the imaging features of thyroid cancer,but the combination of the them can more effectively improve the diagnostic sensitivity,specificity and accuracy for thyroid cancer.
