摘  要:荷叶中含有生物碱等多种活性物质,是药食两用植物。试验以荷叶为原料制备水提物,利用喷雾干燥技术将其制成干粉,通过单因素试验添加一定辅料,利用响应面方法优化荷叶含片的最佳工艺配方,研制一款具有一定功效的荷叶含片。结果表明:喷雾干燥目标温度为175℃,进料流速600 mL/h,得到的荷叶提取物干粉分散性好,水分含量低,得率为(3.73±0.12)%;采用湿法制粒压片,荷叶提取物10%、甘露醇51%、糖粉15%、糊精15%、羧甲基纤维素钠5%,混匀后纯水制湿粒,70℃干燥,总混(硬脂酸镁3%、薄荷脑2%),制成的荷叶含片色泽均匀、风味协调柔和,硬度为(4.59±0.006)kg,脆碎度为(0.36±0.020)%,产品片重差异小于5%。The Nelumbinis folium contained a variety of active substances like alkaloids,it was a dual-use plant for medicine and food.In this experiment,water extracts were prepared for Nelumbinis folium as raw materials,which were made into dry powder by spray drying technology. Some auxiliary materials were added by single factor test,and the optimal process formula of Nelumbinis folium leaves lozenges were optimized by response surface method. The results showed that the target temperature of spray drying was 175 ℃ and the feed flow rate was 600 mL/h. The obtained Nelumbinis folium leaves extract powder had good dispersibility and low moisture content,and the yield was(3.73±0.12)%. The wet granulation tablet was used. Nelumbinis folium leaves extract 10 %,mannitol 51 %,sugar powder15 %,dextrin15 %,carboxymethyl cellulose sodium 5 %,mixed with pure water to make wet particles,dried at 70 ℃,total mixed(stearic acid Magnesium 3 %,menthol2 %),the Nelumbinis folium leaves contained uniform color and soft flavor,hardness was(4.59±0.006)kg,friability was(0.36±0.020)%,products weight difference was less than 5 %.
