摘 要:基于低碳环保、绿色物流理念,针对冷链物流高能耗、高排放以及冷链食品易变质的特点,以服从Weibull分布的变质率来衡量冷链食品变质情况,基于碳配额交易政策将碳排放量转化为碳排放成本,以包括货损成本、油耗成本、制冷成本、惩罚成本以及碳排放成本在内的总成本最小为目标函数,建立了综合考虑碳排放和冷链食品的配送路径模型,采用遗传算法求解并进行灵敏度分析,为冷链物流配送决策及碳排放控制提供参考。Based on the concept of low-carbon environmental protection and green logistics,in view of the characteristics of high energy consumption,high emissions and food perishability in cold chain logistics,the paper used the deterioration rate of Weibull distribution to measure the deterioration of cold chain food and converted carbon emissions into carbon emissions costs based on the carbon quota trade policy.Then,by taking the minimum total cost as the objective function,which included cargo loss,fuel cost,refrigeration cost,penalty cost and carbon emission cost,it established the food cold chain distribution path model that comprehensively considered carbon emissions,and used the genetic algorithm to solve the model and analyzed its sensitivity,providing a reference for cold chain logistics distribution decision making and carbon emission control.
