摘　　要：思想政治素质是马克思主义者的核心素质。高校青年教师应当具备的思想政治素质主要体现在拥护中国共产党的领导,有坚定的理想信念,热爱党的教育事业,贯彻立德树人根本任务,弘扬并践行社会主义核心价值观。依据"青马工程"实施纲要,从领导、选拔、培训、评价、管理及举荐等方面构建高校青年教师思想政治素质培养机制。Ideological and political quality is the core quality of Marxists.Such quality that young university teachers should possess is mainly embodied in their support of the leadership of the Chinese Communist Party,ideals and convictions,love of the party's education,the implementation of enhancing morality and fostering talents,and the promotion and practice of the core socialist values.According to the implementation outline of"Youth Marxist Training Project:,the cultivation mechanism which contraposes the ideological and political quality of young university teachers,is explained from the aspects of leadership,selection,training,assessment,management,and recommendation.
