摘　　要：体育教育专业作为体育教师的主要对口专业,教育类课程的优化直接关系到体育教师在实际教学过程中教学能力的体现。本文通过查找关于体育教育类课程的相关文献,在国家课程改革的基础上,对影响教育专业课程的教学质量因素进行总结,并实际找到存在的问题,结合实际教学经验给出几点策略,为我国体育教育专业教育类课程的优化奠定更多的理论依据。As the main counterpart of physical education teachers,the optimization of education courses is directly related to the embodiment of physical education teachers’teaching ability in the actual teaching process.Based on the national curriculum reform,this paper summarizes the factors that affect the teaching quality of physical education courses,finds the existing problems,and gives some strategies in combination with the actual teaching experience,so as to lay more theoretical basis for the optimization of physical education courses in China.
