摘　　要：目的探讨不同材料支架式可摘局部义齿修复牙列缺损的生物相容性。方法以80例牙列缺损患者为对象,分为观察组与对照组。比较两组患义齿满意情况、不良反应等的发生。结果观察组咀嚼力满意度、义齿舒适度满意率、语言功能满意率均高于对照组(P<0.05);两组美观满意度比较未见差异(P>0.05)。观察组发生凝血、血栓形成、牙槽骨吸收过度、继发龋齿、基托不良、基托受损及义齿性口炎发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论Vitallum 2000材料的可摘卸义齿的生物相容性较好,可降低义齿口炎、牙周病及继发龋齿的发生,提高患者的舒适度、咀嚼力及语言功能等。Objective To investigate the biocompatibility of removable partial dentures with different materials.Methods 80 patients with dentition defect were divided into observation group and control group.The satisfaction and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results the satisfaction rate of mastication,denture comfort and language function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and there was no difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of coagulation,thrombosis,excessive alveolar bone absorption,secondary caries,poor base,damaged base and denture stomatitis in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion the detachable dentures made of vitalum 2000 have good biocompatibility,can reduce the incidence of stomatitis,periodontal disease and secondary caries,and improve the comfort,mastication and language function of patients.
