军队护士执行卫勤保障任务情感体验的质性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨军队护士执行卫勤保障任务期间的情感体验,为今后执行卫勤保障任务的护士提供有益借鉴。方法采用现象学研究方法,对有军事行动卫勤保障任务经历的15名军队护士进行半结构式深度访谈,并通过Colaizzi资料分析法对提取信息进行整理、分析,提炼主题。结果军队护士执行卫勤保障任务期间的情感体验(4个主题):紧张及担心、期待及自豪、有挑战性及全力以赴、不舍及难忘;护士控制负性情绪的方法(5个主题):培养积极向上的人生观、自我暗示、使命感、适时倾诉、转移注意力。结论军队护士执行卫勤保障任务前后出现差异性情感体验,正向、负向情感并存,管理者应针对不同保障任务经历护士的个性化心理特点,制订个性化改善负性情绪的护理措施,使护士能够以更加积极饱满的状态投入卫勤保障工作,从而为今后参加卫勤保障人员的心理建设和情绪管理提供参考。Objective To describe the emotional experience of military nurses in medical service support,so as to provide reference for future medical service support of military nurses.Methods The phenomenological method was adopted in the study.Fifteen military nurses who had experience of medical service support were interviewed with semi-structure,and the data were analyzed by the Colaizzi seven step analysis method.Results Four themes of emotional experience were extracted including nervous and worried,expectant and proud,challenging and all-out,reluctant and unforgettable.Five method of controlling negative emotions were extracted including positive outlook on life,autosuggestion,sense of mission,pour out timely,diversion of attention.Conclusion The military nurses have different emotional experiences before and after medical service support.The managers should pay more attention to military nurses'emotional experience,establish individual nursing measures to improve negative emotions,so that nurses can be more active in medical service support,to provide reference for psychological construction and emotional management of medical support personnel in the future.
