摘 要:现有的锚杆(索)框架都是现浇施工,其支模、浇注、养护等花费的时间较长,不利于高边坡和滑坡地质灾害的抢险与快速治理。根据锚杆(索)框架的受力特点,从减轻预制混凝土梁的重量、方便现场拼装施工的角度考虑,提出了单向变截面和双向变截面预制混凝土拼装式框架结构,并对各种拼装式框架结构进行了现场张拉加载试验。结果表明:单向变截面拼装框架结构(Ⅰ型)适用于单孔锚索拉力600~800 kN且吊机可以到达的边坡治理,双向变截面拼装框架结构(Ⅱ型)适用于单孔锚索拉力300~500 kN而需人工扛抬构件的边坡治理。The existing anchor bolt(cable)frame is cast-in-place construction,which takes a long time to form,pour and maintain,which is not conducive to the rescue and rapid treatment of high slope and landslide geological hazards.According to the mechanical characteristics of anchor bolt(cable)frame,from the perspective of reducing the weight of the precast concrete beam and facilitating on-site assembly construction,a unidirectional variable cross-section and bidirectional variable cross-section precast concrete assembled frame structure was proposed,and on-site tensile loading tests were carried out on various assembled frame structures.The results show that the unidirectional variable cross-section assembled frame structure(TypeⅠ)is suitable for the treatment of slopes with a single-hole anchor cable tension of 600~800 kN and can be reached by the crane.The bidirectional variable cross-section assembled frame structure(TypeⅡ)is suitable for the treatment of slopes with a single-hole anchor cable tension of 300~500 kN,which requires manual lifting of components.
