摘 要:针对我国规范中高低标准差管理现状,研究了不同高速综合检测列车车辆运行速度条件下的车体垂向平稳性与轨道高低不平顺标准差之间的关系,采用非线性最小二乘算法拟合了二者的关系曲线,根据车体垂向平稳性分级标准优化了轨道高低不平顺标准差的分级标准,共分4级,包括优秀、良好、合格、不合格。通过全路检测数据统计分析、简支梁桥梁体徐变分析等,验证了优化后的分级高低不平顺标准差管理值更符合现场实际,能够更好地指导现场维修作业。According to the current situation of high and low standard deviation management in China’sspecifications,the relationship between the vertical stability of car and the standard deviation of track vertical profileirregularity under different running speeds of high speed comprehensive detection trains was studied and therelationship curve between them was fitted by nonlinear least square algorithm.According to the classificationstandard of vertical stability of car,the classification standard of standard deviation of track vertical profile irregularitywas optimized,which is divided into four grades,including excellent,good,qualified and unqualified.Through thestatistical analysis of the whole railway detection data and the creep analysis of simply supported girder bridge,it wasverified that the optimized standard deviation management value of graded track vertical profile irregularity is more inline with the actual situation of the site,and can better guide the on-site maintenance.
