摘　　要：台湾高等教育起源于1918年日本殖民者建立的台湾总督府医学校医学专门部,其产生涉及日本对台殖民政策的转变、向南侵略的更大企图和台湾学制系统自身生长逻辑等因素。日本殖民者最终建立起包括1所大学、5所专门学校和3所高等师范学校在内的殖民地高等教育体系。这一体系存续27年,呈现出显著的殖民地教育和南侵政策工具等特征。Taiwan higher education originated from the medical department of the medical school of Taiwan governor’s office,which was established by the Japanese colonists in 1918.Its appearance was triggered by the change of Japanese colonial policy towards Taiwan,the greater attempt to invade the South and the growth logic of Taiwan educational system itself.The Japanese colonists finally established the colonial higher education system including one university,five specialized schools and three normal colleges.This system had existed for 27 years,showing the characteristics of colonial education and invasion policy tools.
