高职创新创业行业指导教师培育探究

摘　　要：创新创业行业指导教师的培养能改善高职创新创业教师队伍结构,提高高职创新创业课程教学实效性,促进高职学生创新创业项目孵化,因此,有必要从职业道德、教育理念、教学方法等层面明确其培育目标,确定相应的培育内容,并采用单独培训与混合培养、集中培训与分散培养、年度考核与长期考察的方式,提升其承担高职创新创业教育的能力。The innovation and entrepreneurship mentors can improve the teachers’structure of innovation and entrepreneurship,enhance the teaching effect of innovation and entrepreneurship courses,and promote the incubation of innovation and entrepreneurship projects for higher vocational students.Therefore,it is necessary to make clear the cultivation target from the aspects of professional ethics,educational idea,teaching method and so on.Also it is necessary to determine the corresponding cultivation content,and adopt the methods of individual training with mixed training,centralized training with decentralized training,annual assessment with long-term inspection to enhance their ability to undertake innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges.
