摘 要:信号转导与转录激活因子3(signal transducer and activator of transcription 3,STAT3)是一种转录因子,由多种细胞因子和生长因子激活,对细胞的生长、分化和存活至关重要。研究表明,通过激活STAT3可调控成骨细胞和破骨细胞的分化,对维持颌骨骨内稳态发挥着至关重要的作用。此外,STAT3还参与其他口腔疾病发生发展的生物学过程。文章就STAT3在调节骨稳态和免疫炎症反应中的作用及其在口腔医学领域的研究进展做一综述,为进一步探讨STAT3调控口腔相关疾病的机制和建立相应的治疗方法提供参考。Signal transduction and transcriptional activation factor 3(STAT3)is a transcription factor,activated by various cytokines and growth factors,and STAT3 is critical to cell growth,differentiation and survival.Studys show that the activation of STAT3 can regulate osteoblasts and osteoclasts differentiation,which plays an important role in maintaining jaw bone homeostasis in vivo.In addition,STAT3 is involved in the biological development of other oral diseases.This article reviews the role of STAT3 in regulating bone homeostasis and immune inflammatory response and the current research progress of it in stomatology,aiming to provide a reference for further exploring the mechanism of STAT3 in regulating oral-related diseases and establishing corresponding treatments.
