摘　　要：局部麻醉技术在口腔治疗中运用广泛,对患者治疗过程中的疼痛控制起到了至关重要的作用。牙周膜麻醉作为一种首选或补充麻醉技术,与常规局部麻醉技术相比,在局限麻醉范围、提高麻醉效率等方面展现了其优势。文章就牙周膜麻醉在口腔临床中的应用及其安全性方面做一综述,以期为临床应用提供更好的理论依据。Local anesthesia is extensively used in dental treatment,and it has a crucial function in pain control.At present,periodontal ligament(PDL)injection is often used as a primary or supplementary anesthesia method,which shows its advantages in limited anesthesia range and improved anesthesia efficiency compared with conventional anesthetic techniques.To provide theoretical basis for clinical application,this paper reviews the application and safety of PDL injection in dental treatment.
