摘　　要：新一代信息技术推动着产业的快速融合发展,服务业现代化和制造业服务化已成为产业转型发展的主流趋势之一。"互联网+服务"、服务型制造、信息技术服务等现代服务业新形态不断涌现。服务业已是我国国民经济第一大产业和推动国民经济发展的新引擎与新动力。如何培养适应现代服务业跨界融合发展的复合型创新人才成为高等教育面临的新挑战与新机遇。面对现代服务业的发展需求,哈尔滨工业大学一直在探索通过多学科交叉融合来培养复合型服务创新人才,采用"新工科‘Π型’方案",在国内率先创建了服务科学与工程本科专业,今年将有首届新工科毕业生。本文阐述了哈工大服务科学与工程新工科专业建设方案,从培养目标、培养方案、教学模式、校企合作、国际合作、通专结合和学院书院融合等方面介绍了该专业建设与人才培养改革实践经验,为我国现代服务业的人才培养及相关专业建设提供了示范引领与参考借鉴。At present,a new generation of information technology promotes the rapid integration of industries.The modernization of service industry and the servitization of manufacturing industry have become one of the main trends of industrial transformation.New forms of modern service industry,such as"Internet plus services"and Service-Oriented Manufacturing and Information Technology Services,are emerging.Service industry has been the largest industry in China’s national economy and a new engine to drive national economy.How to train the compound and innovative talents who can meet the demands of cross-border integrated development of modern service industry has become the new challenge and new opportunity in higher education.Facing the development needs in modern service industry,Harbin Institute of Technology(HIT)has been exploring how to train compound and innovative talents in service industry through multidisciplinary integration.Adopting the"new engineering‘Π-type’scheme",it has taken the lead in establishing the Service Science and Engineering major in undergraduate education in China.This year will see the commencementof the first generation of graduates in emerging engineering.This paper illustrates the construction scheme of the emerging engineering major in HIT,and introduces the practice and reform experience of the major construction and talent training from the aspects of training objectives,training scheme,teaching mode,school-enterprise cooperation,international cooperation,combination of liberal arts and professional education,and integration of colleges and academy of classical learning,which provides a guidance and reference for talent training and major construction in modern service industry in China.
