高水平高职培养技术应用工程师人才的研究——以广东岭南职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：新时代正在大力发展新职教,认真贯彻落实《国家职业教育改革实施方案》(职教20条)推动高职院校高质量发展是当前优质校建设的重中之重。培养更多具有"工程师"品质的技术应用型人才是高职优质校建设主动顺应新时代经济与技术快速发展,加快"新旧动能转换"步伐的有效战术举措。广东岭南职业技术学院从"双需求"出发进行教学组织与设计,以应用工程师资格标准为参照系突出"高等"这个根本属性构建专业核心课程体系及内容,"四对标"强化双训练培养学生成为具有一定的创新思维、创新手段和跨界迁移能力,懂得技术和工艺的持续改良与革新的技术应用工程师潜质人才。这将使高职院校成为领跑企业技术发展的应用源、创新源和信息源,提升其直接面向现代化建设主战场的贡献率具有重大而紧迫的意义。A new type of vocational education is emerging in this new era.The quality development of high-level vocational colleges by fully implementing"The Action Plan on Vocational Education System Reform"should be given first priority in terms of the construction of quality colleges.In this new era characterized by flourishing sci-tech development and the trend that new drivers are replacing the traditional ones,it is an effective strategy to train more applied technical talents with entrepreneurialism for the quality construction of high level vocational colleges to follow the developing trend in this era.Lingnan Institute of Technology conducted teaching design and arrangement in the principle of"double needs",and set core curriculum system and its content with reference to the qualification for application-oriented engineers,to ensure the graduates to be entitled with the targeted abilities,such as the ability of knowing how to innovate,the ability of knowing how to explore a fully new study field based on his current knowledge level and the ability of knowing how to upgrade technology and improve his skill,giving the largest possibilities of becoming technical application-oriented engineers to those graduates.The high-level vocational colleges thus will become the source of application,innovation and information for the upgrading of technologies in enterprises,which will greatly contribute to modernization construction.
