Two Cases of Eccrine Spiradenoma

摘　　要：例1男,59岁,右下腹淡褐色结节伴疼痛3年;例2女,47岁,右上肢淡褐色结节伴疼痛7年。2例均有类似组织病理:真皮内见界限清楚的瘤细胞团块,由2种细胞组成,即核大、淡染的细胞周边绕以核小、深染的细胞,排列成条索状。诊断:小汗腺螺旋腺瘤。Case 1 a old 59-year-old who presented a browen painful nodule on the right lower abdomen for 3 years;Case 2 a 47-year-old female who presented a brown painful nodule on the right upper limb for 7 years.The two cases showed similar histopathology:under low power magnification,spiradenoma appeared as a solid neoplasm composed of a single or few well-circumscribed nodules in the dermis.Under higher magnification,the nodules comprised of two types of cells arranged in cords:one had a large,pale nucleus in the center of lobules,and the other had small peripheral cells with dark nuclei.The diagnosis of eccrine spiradenoma was made.
