小汗腺汗管纤维腺瘤1例并文献复习

摘　　要：患者男,49岁,双手足角化性斑块30年,双足新生物伴痛15年。皮肤科情况:双手足见角化性斑块,以跖部为重,双足可见较多黄豆至蚕豆大小的皮色疣状增生物,部分融合成片,足跟部皮损呈菜花样增生,其间可见大小不等的糜烂、溃疡,伴黄白色渗出物。皮损组织病理示:角化过度,表皮显著增生,皮突延长,向真皮内呈条索状延伸并相互吻合,主要由鳞状细胞组成,部分区域可见小管腔结构,管腔内侧缘可见嗜伊红的带状护膜;真皮间质疏松,见小血管增生及少许炎细胞浸润。诊断:小汗腺汗管纤维腺瘤。An 49-year-old male presented keratotic plaques on palms and soles for 30 years and neoplasms with pain on soles for 15 years.Physical examination revealed keratotic plaques on his palms and soles predominantly involving the soles and multiple skin-colored verrucous neoplasms on both feet which showed cauliflower-like appearance on heels with erosions ulcers and exudates on surface.The histopathologic examination showed hyperkeratosis and hyperplasia of epidermis and thin anastomosing strands of uniforms mall squamous cells arising from epidermis with loose stroma and ductal differentiation,which associated with a well-formed cuticle and a small number of inflammatory cells.The diagnosis of eccrine syringofibroadenoma was established.
