摘　　要：目的定量分析生长抑素受体2(SSTR2)在颅咽管瘤组织中的表达差异并探讨其临床意义。方法运用定量PCR方法对22例脑挫裂伤组织标本和36例颅咽管瘤组织的SSTR2mRNA进行相对定量检测。结果 SSTR2mRNA在颅咽管瘤组织中相对表达量为0.642±0.022,在对照组中相对表达量为0.242±0.013,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。SSTR2mRNA在釉质上皮型(AE)颅咽管瘤中相对表达量为0.811±0.042,在鳞形乳头瘤型(SP)颅咽管瘤中相对表达量为0.467±0.018,二者比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 SSTR2mRNA在颅咽管瘤中呈高表达,与不同类型有关,提示其可能在颅咽管瘤的癌变过程中发挥重要作用。Objective To quantitatively analyze the expression levels of somatostatin receptor 2(SSTR2)in craniopharyngioma,and explore its clinical significance.Methods The expression of SSTR2 mRNA in 36 craniopharyngioma tissues and 22 controls was examined by quantitative PCR.Results The relative expression of SSTR2 mRNA was 0.642±0.022 and 0.242±0.013 in craniopharyngioma tissues and cotrols,respectively,with a statistical significance between the two groups(P<0.05).Additionally,the relative expression of SSTR2 mRNA was 0.811±0.042 in AE craniopharyngioma and 0.467±0.018 in SP,respectively,with a statistical significance between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion SSTR2 mRNA was highly expressed in craniopharyngioma and was associated with different types,indicating that it may play an important role in the carcinogenesis of craniopharyngioma.
