摘 要:为了克服基于磁链模型参考自适应(MRAS)转速辨识方法中积分环节和定子电阻的影响,提高无轴承异步电机的转速辨识精度,提出了一种在静止α-β坐标系下基于无功功率MRAS转速辨识方法。首先,简要介绍了基于磁链的MRAS转速辨识方法;然后,详细研究了基于转矩绕组无功功率的MRAS转速辨识算法,构建了基于Popov超稳定理论的转速自适应律;并对基于无功功率的MRAS转速辨识方法进行了稳定性分析;最后,通过Matlab/Simulink进行了仿真分析。仿真结果表明:提出的方法能在不同工况下获得较高的转速辨识精度,实现无速度传感器方式下无轴承异步电机的稳定悬浮运行,所提出的基于转矩绕组无功功率MRAS无轴承异步电机无速度传感器控制系统是有效和可行的。In order to overcome the influence of the integral and stator resistance in the flux model reference adaptive system(MRAS) speed identification method, and to improve the speed identification accuracy of bearingless induction motor. A speed identification method based on reactive power MRAS in static α-β coordinate system is proposed. Firstly, the MRAS speed identification method based on flux is introduced. Then, the MRAS speed identification algorithm based on the reactive power of torque winding is researched in detail. The adaptive law of rotational speed based on Popov hyper stability theory is established. The stability analysis of the MRAS speed identification method based on reactive power is presented. Finally, simulation analysis is carried out by Matlab/Simulink. The results show that the proposed method can obtain precision speed identification under different working conditions. The stable suspension operation of bearingless induction motor is realized in the speed sensorless mode. The proposed method is effective and feasible for speed sensorless control system of bearingless induction motor based on reactive power MRAS of torque winding.
