摘 要:立体仓库是目前危化品仓储的一大发展趋势,在对危化品仓库管理时,由于内部火灾载荷偏高、存储货物所具有的易燃易爆特性,需要对各货位进行火灾温度监管及高温点定位。基于拉曼散射的分布式测温技术进行了研究。采集温度数据的多模光纤被布于50个立体货位上,并于每个监控货位左右两侧设置长度2m的测温环,测温结构端选用中心波长为1550nm的高速脉冲光源,采集多模光纤后向反射的斯托克斯光及反斯托克斯光二者的光功率,实现对光纤上各测温段的温度数据采集。在测温环监测区域出现高温点时,对测温环的采集数据采用高斯拟合算法和误差补偿算法,保证高温监测点测温结果的准确度;设备连接PC机实现数据的汇总分析及显示,当检测值出现高温段时对高温货位位置予以显示及预警。实验结果表明,采用误差补偿算法前后,测量误差由10℃左右下降至5℃内,能在30 s内实现对高温情况的报警及问题货位定位,满足火灾定位的要求。Stereoscopic warehouse is one of the most important trends in the storage of hazardous chemicals.While managing the stereoscopic warehouse,due to the high internal fire load and the flammable and explosive chemicals,the temperature monitor is being needed extremely.Here the distributed temperature measurement based on Raman scattering is studied.Multimode fiber is being placed between 50 shelves to collect the temperature data.2 m temperature measuring ring is placed between each shelf.The system light source emits a high speed pulse light with a central wavelength of 1550 nm for collecting the optical filer’s reflection signal,after the calculation of Stokes and anti-Stokes light intensity,the temperature value of each fiber is calculated.When the detection value appears at high temperature,the gauss fitting algorithm and the error compensation algorithm are used to collect the temperature measurement data.The PC is connected with the acquisition equipment to collect and analyze the data.The system will alarm and the high temperature storage location will be displayed.The experimental results show that before and after using the error compensation algorithm,the measurement error reduces from 10℃to 5℃,and the system can alarm and point out the high temperature shelf in 30 s.
