摘  要:协调控制系统(Coordinated Control System, CCS)是燃煤电站最重要的回路,由于其存在的强非线性、快慢回路强耦合、大范围变工况等特性,传统的比例-积分控制器不能取得满意的控制效果。为提高协调控制系统的负荷和压力跟踪性能、抗干扰能力,提出了一种基于直接能量平衡和增益调度的比例-积分控制策略。首先通过分析协调控制系统存在的控制难点,说明该控制策略的必要性,并基于一种工程易于实施的参数切换方案,对控制器参数整定进行了分析。仿真结果表明,采用该控制策略的协调系统具有更好的负荷和压力跟踪性能,对于煤质的阶跃和周期性扰动也具有更好的扰动抑制能力。基于简单的结构、易于实施等特点,提出的方法在火电机组调峰等变工况中具有很好的应用前景。The coordinated control system(CCS) is the most important loop for a coal-fired power plant. Due to its strong nonlinearity, strong coupling of fast and slow loops, and large-scale varying operating conditions, the CCS with the traditional proportional-integral controller cannot obtain satisfactory control performance. To improve the tracking performance of the load and pressure, and the disturbance rejection ability of the CCS, a new proportional-integral control strategy is proposed in this paper, which combines direct energy balance and gain scheduling. Firstly, the necessity of the proposed control strategy is discussed by analyzing the control difficulties of the CCS, and then the controller parameters tuning is presented based on a parameter switching method which is easy to implement in engineering. Simulation results show that the CCS with the proposed control strategy has better load and pressure tracking performance, better disturbance rejection ability when the coal quality has step and periodic changes. With the advantages of a simple structure and easy implementation, the proposed control strategy shows a promising and potential application in the peak load regulation conditions of power plants.
