随机风场作用下海上风力机基础结构疲劳分析

摘　　要：运用FAST分别建立海上风力机半整体模型与整体耦合模型,计算得到脉动风速时程作用下塔筒顶部位置的风力机荷载。首先采用SACS建立包括塔筒和基础结构的海上风力机简化有限元模型,分别施加基于半整体和整体耦合模型得到的风力机荷载时程,开展支撑结构动力响应计算;再采用海上风力机规范建议的热点应力公式确定基础结构管节点的热点应力时程,采用P-M线性累积准则完成海上风力机基础结构疲劳分析。基于半整体模型与整体耦合模型的疲劳损伤对比得出,有必要采用整体耦合模型开展海上风力机基础结构疲劳校核。The semi-integrated model and fully coupled model of an offshore wind turbine(OWT)are established in FAST,respectively.Then the equivalent aerodynamic loads applied to the top of tower under turbulent wind velocity time-histories are computed based on the aero-elastic models.Meanwhile,the finite element models of the support structure of OWT are established by using SACS.Structural responses of the FE models under equivalent aerodynamic load time-histories are analyzed.Moreover,time-histories of the hot spot stress of tubular joints are calculated based on the recommended equations of hot spot stress,and the linear damage accumulation criterion is employed to estimate the fatigue damage of the substructure under turbulent winds.Finally,the necessity of applying fully coupled model in the fatigue safety assessment of OWT is validated based on the fatigue damage comparison between the semi-integrated model and fully coupled model.
