摘 要:为保证单护盾TBM过暗挖车站的安全稳定性,依托重庆地铁5号线和睦站,利用有限差分数值模拟软件对结合双侧壁导坑法的TBM先隧后站技术进行工序优选研究。研究结果表明:结合双侧壁导坑法的先隧后站同步施工对地表沉降、车站最终变形、管片变形、应力产生的影响均普遍小于分步施工;工况6的地表沉降值最小,为4.65 mm;车站变形中工况8的净空收敛值最小,为1.87 mm;工况8的管片变形值最小,为左侧仰拱上浮的0.16 mm;工况8的应力值最小,为0.595 MPa;同步施工倒边施工步序使车站结构净空收敛、管片变形、管片拉应力较其他方法分别减小59%、50%、40%以上;先行过站的TBM异侧上导洞首先开挖的步序不可取,推荐应用工况8的施工顺序。To ensure the safety and stability of single shield TBM passing through the underground excavation station,this paper relies on Hemu Station of Chongqing Metro Line 5,and uses finite difference numerical simulation software to optimize the process of TBM first and station later technology combined with double side wall drift method.The results show that the effect of simultaneous construction of the first tunnel and the second station(working condition 6-8)combined with the two-sided guide pit method on surface settlement,final deformation of the station,segment deformation and stress is generally less than that of step construction(working condition 1-5).The ground subsidence value of working condition 6 is the smallest,which is-4.65 mm;the clearance convergence value of working condition 8 is the smallest,which is 1.87 mm;the segment deformation value of working condition 8 is the smallest,which is 0.16 mm floating on the left inverted arch;and the stress value of working condition 8 is the smallest,which is 0.595 MPa.Synchronized inverted construction sequence(working condition 8)reduces clearance convergence,segment deformation and segment tension stress by 59%,50%and 40%respectively compared with other methods.It is not advisable to excavate the first step of the upper guide tunnel on the opposite side of TBM which passes through the station first.The construction sequence of working condition 8 is recommended.
