摘 要:300 MW CFB锅炉在燃用洗煤厂生产的高水分的洗混煤时,经常出现因堵煤而导致烧坏炉前落煤管、给煤口等不得不停炉检修的问题。通过优化炉前给煤系统、落煤管道、给煤口,提升给煤口高度,浇筑一体化给煤口,增加播煤风动量,炉前煤仓落煤斗采用破拱技术和宽口径落煤口等一系列技术改进措施,解决了堵煤问题,提升锅炉运行的可靠性。When the 300 MW CFB boiler of a power plant is fed with washed and blended coal with high moisture produced by the coal washing plant,the boiler often suffers overheating damage on coal chute in front of the boiler due to blocking,resulting in shutting down of the unit.To solve the coal-blocking problem,the coal feeding system in front of the boiler and the cial chutes are optimized.The height of the coal chute is increased.The integrated coal chute is poured innovatively.The momentum of coal blast is also increased.The coal chute in front of the boiler adopting arch breaking technology and wide diameter coal chute is applied.These modifications effectively solve the problem of coal blocking and improve the reliability of boiler operation.
