试探中医学“证”的本质

摘　　要：中医临床诊断和治疗的本质突出体现在"辨证论治"理论和实践之中,而"证"是"辨证论治"的核心理论。"证"是临床中医对疾病本质把握的集中体现,是对疾病本质的高度概括。"证"对疾病本质的把握不是机体局部器质性改变的认知,而是对疾病状态的把握。"证"的核心是病机,病机反映着疾病发生发展的状态。病机的生动性、动态性和整体性充分体现着以"证"为核心的中医临床理论的鲜明特色。临床治疗中,"证"使"施治"有的放矢,是制定治则的纲领,也是选方遣药的依据。通过"证"可以较为准确地把握疾病的发生、发展、状态和转归,为疾病的治疗指明方向。The essence of clinical diagnosis and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine is prominently reflected in the theory and practice of"differentiation and treatment",in which"syndrome"is the core theory."Syndrome"is a concentrated manifestation of clinical Chinese medicine′s grasp of the essence of the disease and a high-level summary of the essence of the disease.The grasp of the essence of the disease by the"syndrome′"is not the recognition of the local organic changes of the body,but the grasp of the disease state.The core of the"syndrome"is pathogenesis,which reflects the state of disease occurrence and development.The vividness,dynamics and integrity of the pathogenesis fully embodies the distinctive features of the clinical theory of traditional Chinese medicine with"syndrome"as the core.In clinical treatment,"syndrome"makes"treatment"easily targeted,and it is the program rule for formulating treatment,and is also the basis for selecting medicines.The"syndrome"can more accurately grasp the occurrence,development,state and outcome of the disease,and indicate the direction for the treatment of the disease.
