不同中药精油的促渗作用对比研究

摘　　要：目的:以橘皮精油作为参照对象,考察丹参精油、冬青精油、荆芥精油、肉桂精油、紫苏精油对丹参酮ⅡA、人参皂苷Rg1的促渗作用,为筛选天然精油促渗剂提供依据。方法:以大鼠皮肤作为渗透屏障,采用Franz扩散池法和高效液相色谱法观察5种精油对5 g·L^-1的丹参酮ⅡA溶液、10 g·L^-1的人参皂苷Rg1溶液透皮吸收的影响。结果:在24 h时,冬青精油、荆芥精油、紫苏精油对丹参酮ⅡA、人参皂苷Rg1均具有较为明显的渗透效果。三者对5 g·L^-1的丹参酮ⅡA溶液的促渗作用分别约是对照组的1.94倍、2.24倍、1.21倍,对10 g·L^-1的人参皂苷Rg1溶液的促渗作用分别约是对照组的2.62、1.09、1.43;而丹参精油对丹参酮ⅡA溶液的促渗作用约为对照组的1.04倍,对人参皂苷Rg1溶液无明显促渗作用;肉桂精油对两者均无明显促渗作用。结论:冬青精油、荆芥精油、紫苏精油对丹参酮ⅡA、人参皂苷Rg1促渗作用较为显著。Objective:To use orange peel essential oil as a reference object,to investigate the effect of Danshen essential oil,wintergreen essential oil,nepeta essential oil,cinnamon essential oil,g·L^-1 perilla essential oil on tanshinone ⅡA and ginsenoside Rg1,for screening natural essential oils in oozing promotion effect,to provides proper natural penetration enhancer with basis.Methods:Rat skin was used as a permeation barrier,and the effects of 5 essential oils on the transdermal absorption of 5 g·L^-1 tanshinone ⅡA solution and 10 g·L^-1 ginsenoside Rg1 solution were observed using Franz diffusion cell method and high performance liquid chromatography.Results:At 24 h,the essential oils of wintergreen,catmint and perilla had a significant penetration effect on tanshinone ⅡA and ginsenoside Rg1.The effect of the three on the penetration of 5 g·L^-1 tanshinone ⅡA solution is about 1.94 times,2.24 times,and 1.21 times of the control group,and the penetration promotion effect on the 10 g·L^-1 ginsenoside Rg1 solution is about the control.2.62,1.09,1.43 of the group;and the osmotic effect of Danshen essential oil on the tanshinone ⅡA solution is about 1.04 times that of the control group,and there is no obvious osmotic effect on the ginsenoside Rg1 solution;cinnamon essential oil has no obvious osmotic effect on both.Conclusion:Wintergreen essential oil,nepeta essential oil and perilla essential oil have a significant oozing promotion effect on tanshinone ⅡA and ginsenoside Rg1.
