摘  要:对玻璃生产中常用的原材料之一氟化钙在TFT基板玻璃行业中的应用进行了研究。采用固定组分的TFT基板玻璃料方,通过熔块气泡个数实验、高温熔融观察实验分别对添加氟化钙原料的料方与不添加氟化钙原料的料方进行对比研究分析,并进一步将2种料方熔制而成的相同成分的熔块同时进行高温黏度测试和高温电阻率测试,验证了添加氟化钙原料对TFT基板玻璃的生产有利。同时就生产过程中使用氟化钙产生的废气处理进行了可行性研究,可以保证氟化钙在优化生产工艺质量的前提下,能够通过普通玻璃生产中使用的脱氟工艺处理,符合环保要求,实现绿色生产。Application of CaF2,which is one of the common raw materials in glass production,to TFT substrate glass was investigated in the present paper.Based upon fixed TFT substrate glass matrix composition the glass samples with and without addition of CaF2 were prepared respectively and their bubbles,melting behavior,viscosity and resistivity at high temperature were compared with each other.The results show that addition of CaF2 is beneficial to the production of TFT substrate glass.Meanwhile,the feasibility study on treatment of waste gas which was discharged by using CaF2 in the glass production process was carried out so as to be able to meet the requirement of environmental protection through the normal defluorination process in common glass production and whilst the optimized technological quality of the glass with CaF2 was maintained.
