摘 要:做好消化内科专科医师规范化培训工作,胃肠镜检查是一项重要的教学任务。消化内镜知识日新月异,传统授课方式较为落后,无法跟上临床更新速度。PBL教学法是一种以教师为引导,问题为基础,学生自学与教师指导相结合的小组教学法。PBL教学模式注重启发式和讨论式教学,把以"教"为重点转移到以"学"为重。应用PBL教学法可有效提高专规培医师的独立思考和自主学习能力,帮助其掌握更多的胃肠镜检查的专业知识,大大提高他们的学习效率与能力。本文主要介绍PBL教学法在消化内科专科医师规范化培训胃肠镜教学中的应用和体会。It is an important teaching task for digestive disease specialists to carry on the standardization training of gastrointestinal endoscopy. The knowledge of digestive endoscopy is changing all the time, however, the traditional teaching method is relatively behindhand, which can’t keep up with the clinical update speed. PBL teaching method is a group teaching method. It is a student-centered pedagogy in which students learn about a subject through the experience of solving an open-ended problem with the help of teachers. PBL teaching mode focuses on heuristic and discussion teaching, and focuses on ‘teaching’ instead of ‘learning’. PBL can effectively improve the ability of gastroenterologist in standardized training in independent thinking and learning,, and help them learn more gastrointestinal endoscopy knowledge. PBL can greatly improve the learning efficiency and ability of training. This paper introduces the application and experience of PBL teaching method in the learning of gastrointestinal endoscopy.
