摘 要:目的泌尿外科护生应用团队基础学习法的临床教学效果分析。方法选取2017年1月—2018年12月中国医科大学附属第一医院泌尿外科护生80名临床资料,其中2017年1月—2017年12月40名护生为对照组,2018年1月—2018年12月40名护生为研究组,对照组予以传统教学,研究组予以团队为基础学习法教学方案,分析两组教学成绩及护生综合能力评价情况。结果教学干预后,研究组理论成绩(87.62±5.29)分、技能操作(88.15±4.97)分,均比对照组高,比较差异均具有统计学意义(P <0.05);研究组沟通能力(9.06±0.68)分、团队合作(8.86±0.71)分、学习积极度(9.08±0.62)分、知识掌握(9.02±0.73)分及自主学习力(9.06±0.74)分等综合能力评价,均比对照组高,比较差异均具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论泌尿外科护生应用团队基础学习法的临床教学,能有效提高教学成绩,并提升护生综合能力评价,具临床应用价值。Objective To analyze the clinical teaching effect of teambased learning in urology nursing students. Methods 80 clinical data of urological nursing students in in the first affiliated hospital of China Medical University from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected. 40 nursing students from January to December 2017 were in the control group and 40 nursing students from January to December 2018 were in the study group. The control group was given traditional teaching. The study group was given the teaching plan of team-based learning method. The teaching results and comprehensive ability evaluation of nursing students in the two groups were analyzed. Results After teaching intervention, the theoretical score(87.62±5.29) and skill operation score(88.15±4.97) of the study group were higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the communication ability(9.06±0.68), team cooperation(8.86±0.71), learning motivation(9.08±0.62), knowledge mastery(9.02±0.73) and self-learning ability(9.06±0.74) of the study group were higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of team-based learning in clinical teaching of Urology nursing students can effectively improve the teaching results and enhance the comprehensive ability evaluation of nursing students.
