摘　　要：目的探讨早期宫颈癌淋巴结转移相关标记物。方法选取2017年1月—2019年7月在我院接受治疗的80例早期宫颈癌患者作为主要研究对象,所有患者入院后均接受宫颈癌根治术+淋巴结清扫治疗。手术结束后,将淋巴结制作成病理标本,并根据宫颈癌患者是否发生淋巴结转移将其分为A组(发生淋巴结转移,n=23)和B组(未发生淋巴结转移,n=57)。测定两组患者的相关标记物,主要测定CXCR4基因、CXCL12基因、VEGFR-3、VEGFR-C,并对两组的CXCR4基因、CXCL12基因表达水平进行组间比较,同时计算对比两组患者的VEGFR-3、VEGFR-C阳性率。结果 A组患者的CXCR4基因、CXCL12基因表达水平显著高于B组,有显著差异;A组的VEGFR-3阳性率和VEGFR-C阳性率明显高于B组,有显著差异。结论临床上可将CXCR4基因、CXCL12基因、VEGFR-3、VEGFR-C等相关标志物作为早期宫颈癌患者是否发生淋巴结转移的诊断依据。Objective To explore the markers of lymph node metastasis in early cervical cancer. Methods From January 2017 to July 2019, 80 patients with early cervical cancer who were treated in our hospital were selected as the main subjects. All patients received radical resection of cervical cancer and lymph node dissection after admission. After the operation, the lymph nodes were made into pathological specimens and divided into group A(lymph node metastasis, n = 23) and group B(no lymph node metastasis, n = 57) according to whether the cervical cancer patients had lymph node metastasis. The markers of CXCR4 gene,CXCL12 gene, VEGFR-3, and VEGFR-C were determined. The expression levels of CXCR4 gene and CXCL12 gene were compared between the two groups, and the positive rates of VEGFR-3 and VEGFR-C were calculated and compared between the two groups. Results The expression levels of C XCR4 gene and CXCL12 gene in group A were significantly higher than those in group B, and the positive rates of VEGFR-3 and VEGFR-C in group A were significantly higher than those in group B. Conclusion In clinic, CXCR4 gene, CXCL12 gene, VEGFR-3, and VEGFR-C can be used as diagnostic criteria for lymph node metastasis in patients with early cervical cancer.
