摘　　要：目的探索FMNL2蛋白在胃癌组织中的表达情况,并分析其与胃癌患者预后之间的关系。方法收集2013年1月—2014年12月本院收治的原发性胃癌患者144例,采用免疫组化法检测胃癌组织中FMNL2的表达情况;统计分析FMNL2在胃癌组织中的表达差异;分析FMNL2蛋白表达与胃癌患者的临床病理特征及生存预后之间的关系。结果在144例胃癌组织中,61例FMNL2的表达阳性,83例阴性。FMNL2的表达与胃癌患者的组织学分型、淋巴结转移相关(P=0.040,0.000),而与性别、年龄、肿瘤大小、T分期及TNM分期等临床病理特征无明显相关性(P>0.05)。FMNL2表达阳性患者的生存预后明显差于阴性表达的患者(P=0.023)。结论FMNL2在胃癌组织中表达具有差异性,FMNL2表达阳性患者的组织学分化较差,淋巴结转移率高,生存预后不良。FMNL2的高表达可能促进胃癌的侵袭和转移。Objective To explore expression of FMNL2 in the gastric cancer tissues and analyze the relationship between FMNL2 expression and the prognosis of the patients.Methods 144 cases of patients with primary gastric cancer be admitted to our hospital from January 2013 to December 2014 were selected as study subjects.Immunohistochenmistry was used to detect the expression of FMNL2 protein in the 144 gastric cancer tissues.The different of expression of FMNL2 in gastric cancer was analyzed.The correlation of FMNL2 expressions with the clinicopathological features and prognosis of the patients was analyzed.Results In 144 gastric cancer tissues,FMNL2 expression was positive in 61 tissues and negative in 83 tissues.In gastric cancer patients,FMNL2 expression was significantly correlated with histologic differentiation(P=0.040)and lymph node metastasis(P=0.000),but not correlated to gender,age,tumor size,T stage and TNM stage(P>0.05).The prognosis of gastric cancer patients with positive FMNL2 expression was significantly poorer than that of patients negative for FMNL2 expression(P=0.023).Conclusions FMNL2 is differently expressed in gastric cancer tissues.FMNL2 expression was significantly correlated with histologic differentiation and lymph node metastasis.The prognosis of the patients with FMNL2 positive expression is poorer than those with negative expression.These results suggest high expression of FMNL2 may promote invasion and metastasis of gastric cancer.
