摘 要:以川紫薯1号为材料,采用三元二次正交旋转回归设计,研究移栽期、移栽密度、复合肥施用量对川紫薯1号的鲜薯产量、商品薯率和干物质率的影响。结果表明,3个栽培因素对鲜薯产量、商品薯率和干物质率的影响大小均表现为移栽密度>移栽期>复合肥施用量。数学模型分析结果表明,鲜薯产量大于3万kg/hm^2的优化栽培措施为:5月25日至6月6日移栽,移栽密度6.43万~7.44万株/hm^2,复合肥施用量518.76~764.96 kg/hm^2;商品薯率大于92.50%的优化栽培措施为:5月14—23日移栽,移栽密度4.98万~5.94万株/hm^2,复合肥施用量597.80~772.55 kg/hm^2;干物质率大于27.50%的优化栽培措施为:5月10—18日移栽,移栽密度6.06万~7.00万株/hm^2,复合肥施用量411.51~616.42 kg/hm^2。To investigate the effects of different transplanting period,transplanting density and application amount of compond fertilizer on fresh root yield,commodity rate and dry matter content of Chuanzishu 1,the experiment of three factors quadric orthogonal regression composite experimental design was conducted taking Chuanzishu 1 as material.The results showed that the influence size of three factors on fresh root yield,commodity rate and dry matter content were transplanting density>transplanting period>application amount of compond fertilizer.Analysis results of mathematical model indicated that the optimal cultivation measures for fresh potato yield more than 30000 kg/hm^2 were as follows,the transplanting period was from May 25 th to June 6 th,the transplanting density was64300-74400 plants/hm^2,and application amount of compond fertilizer was 518.76-764.96 kg/hm^2.The optimal cultivation technique of commodity rate that more than 92.5%was as follows,the transplanting period was from May 5 th to May 23 th,the transplanting density was 49800-59400 plants/hm^2,and application amount of compond fertilizer was 597.80-772.55 kg/hm^2.The optimal cultivation technique of dry matter content that more than 27.5%was as follows,the transplanting period was from May 5 th to May 18 th,the transplanting density was 60600-70000 plants/hm^2,and application amount of compond fertilizer was 411.51-616.42 kg/hm^2.
