摘　　要：绿茶类产业历程呈现快速增长特点,近年进入注重品质和稳定增长时期,但茶叶储存受储藏温度、温度波动、温度不均匀性、湿度和保鲜能力的影响。本文将建立茶叶存储冷冻柜标准,能有效对茶叶存储冷冻柜性能进行评价并提出指导意义。The green tea industry has developed rapidly in China. In recent years, it has focused on quality and entered a period of stable growth. However, tea storage is affected by storage temperature, temperature fluctuations, temperature heterogeneity, humidity, and fresh-keeping ability. This article develops standards for tea storage freezer, which can effectively evaluate the performance of tea storage freezer and provide guidance.
