高校“一站式”学生社区教育管理创新模式探索

摘　　要：建设一站式学生社区教育管理模式是使学生树立正确的价值观。高校“一站式”学生社区教育管理面临着各级部门重视度不足、服务队伍专业能力不对口、互联网的负面影响等困难,探索出优化职能,发挥多样化优势、专师入驻,提升系统化特点整合网络资源,促进网络一体化等创新模式,以期能为相关教育工作者探索出更多创新性的“一站式”学生社区管理模式作出理论参考。The one-stop community education management model aims to help students establish correct values in the learning process;however,the model is faced with some difficulties,like insufficient attention at all levels,the improper professional ability of the service team and the negative influence of the Internet,etc.In this regard,this paper explores the following innovative models:optimizing the functions,giving full play to the diverse advantages,introducing specialized teachers,improving the systematization characteristics,integrating network resources,and promoting network integration.The explorations hope to provide a theoretical reference for the relevant educators to explore more innovative models of“one-stop”community management.
