摘 要:针对带式输送机带速检测方法中存在可靠性和准确性差等问题,提出了一种基于机器视觉的带式输送机带速检测的方法,该方法利用摄像头采集输送带上表面图像,根据上表面序列图像相邻图像之间具有相同时间间隔的特点,采用图像匹配算法计算相邻图像特征点的相对像素位移,利用图像坐标系与物理坐标系之间的映射关系,计算出输送带物理位移量及带速。提出一种基于SURF-ORB算法的输送带上表面图像匹配算法,该算法通过划分图像的感兴趣区域缩小图像匹配搜索范围,利用SURF算法提取相邻图像特征,ORB算法对相邻图像进行特征描述,实现相邻图像特征点的匹配。采用OpenMP技术实现图像特征和特征描述的并行运算。实验结果表明,该检测方法能够检测带式输送机的带速,检测精度到达±0.05 m/s。A method based on machine vision for belt conveyor speed detection is proposed in order to solve the problems of reliability and accuracy about the belt conveyor of speed detection method.The method uses the camera to collect the upper surface image of the conveyor belt.According to the characteristics of the same time interval between the adjacent images of the upper surface sequence images,image matching algorithm is used to calculate the relative pixel displacement of adjacent image feature points,and the mapping relationship between image coordinate system and physical coordinate system is used to calculate the physical displacement and belt speed of conveyor belt.An image matching algorithm for upper surface of conveyor belt based on SURF-ORB algorithm is proposed.This algorithm reduces the scope of image matching by dividing the region of interest of images,extracts features of adjacent images with SURF algorithm,and describes features of adjacent images with ORB algorithm to achieve the matching of feature points of adjacent images.The OpenMP technology is used to realize parallel operation of image features and feature description.The experimental results show that the detection method can detect the belt speed of belt conveyor,and the detection accuracy reaches ±0.05 m/s.
