P120连环蛋白及E-钙黏蛋白在甲状腺乳头状癌的表达及临床病理意义

摘　　要：目的检测P120连环蛋白(P120 catenin,P120ctn)和E-钙粘蛋白(E-cadherin,E-cad)在甲状腺乳头状癌和滤泡性腺瘤组织学标本的表达,探讨这两种抗体在甲状腺乳头状癌中的临床病理意义。方法选择2016年1月—2019年6月本院收集的71例甲状腺腺叶切除标本,进行P120ctn和E-cad免疫组织化学染色,并对不同病变的染色结果进行分析。结果 P120ctn异常表达率在甲状腺乳头状癌和滤泡性腺瘤分别为84.3%和0%,差异具有显著统计学意义(P<0.001);E-cad异常表达率在甲状腺乳头状癌和滤泡性腺瘤分别为72.5%和0,差异具有显著统计学意义(P<0.001);在甲状腺乳头状癌中,P120ctn和E-cad异常表达的一致性检验有统计学意义(P<0.05),但一致性检验吻合度较弱。结论在甲状腺乳头状癌中,P120ctn和E-cad的异常表达率增加,具有一致性性,且P120ctn检测优于E-cad。Objective To detect the expression of P120 catenin(P120 ctn) and E-cadherin(E-cad) in histological specimens of papillary thyroid cancer and follicular adenoma, and to explore the clinicopathological significance of these two antibodies in papillary thyroid cancer. Methods Immunohistochemical staining of P120 ctn and E-cad was performed in 71 cases of Thyroid lobesspecimencollected from thyroidectomy those conducted from January 2016 to June 2019, and the staining results of different lesions were analyzed.Results The abnormal expression rate of P120 ctn in papillary thyroid cancer and follicular adenoma was 84.3% and 0%, respectively, with significant difference(P<0.001). The abnormal expression rate of E-cad in papillary thyroid cancer and follicular adenoma was 72.5% and 0%,respectively, with significant difference(P<0.001). In papillary thyroid cancer, the consistency test of abnormal expression of P120-ctn and E-cad had statistical significance(P<0.05), but the goodness of fit of consistency test was weak.Conclusions In papillary thyroid cancer, the abnormal expression rate of P120 ctn and E-cad increased, and performs consistency, and the detection of P120 ctn was better than that of E-cad.
