摘　　要：目的探讨综合医院急诊科在COVID-19疫情防控期间,强化分区管理降低COVID-19院内感染风险的对策。方法针对疫情期间急诊医疗功能及防控措施需求,对急诊区域进行布局改造,优化工作流程,按区域做好人员及环境管理。结果实行急诊分区管理与改进,消除了COVID-19院内感染隐患,保障了医患安全。结论从医院实际情况出发,采取针对性措施,才能有效控制传染源,切断传播途径,最大限度地避免COVID-19感染发生。Objective To explore the partition management measures of reducing the nosocomial infection risk of COVID-19 during the COVID-19 epidemic.Methods Reallocation and reconstruction of emergency room and work process optimization of emergency department was conducted to meet the requirements of emergency medical services and epidemic control during the COVID-19 epidemic.The medical staff and environment were managed by area.Results The partition management and improvement of emergency department eliminated the risk of COVID-19 nosocomial infection and ensured the safety of patients and medical staff.Conclusion Targeted measures based on actual situation can effectively control the infection source,cut off the transmission pathway,and prevent the risk of COVID-19 infection to the most extent.
