摘 要:随着时代的发展,人们对饮食的要求越来越高,食用菌作为口味鲜美的农产品,其营养价值及药用价值不断被人们发现,成为目前最受欢迎的食品之一。随着食用菌企业间的竞争逐渐加剧,各企业为在竞争中脱颖而出,不断寻求差异化产品,探索新的食用菌发展领域。食用菌功能性饮料主要功能是减轻运动员的机体疲劳。因此,通过概述功能性饮料的内涵,阐述了食用菌功能性饮料对疲劳运动的缓解作用,并对此饮料的研发进行了深入剖析。With the development of the times,people have higher and higher requirements on diet.Edible fungi as a delicious agricultural product,has been continuously found to be one of the most popular agricultural products.As the competition among edible fungi enterprises gradually intensifies,each enterprise constantly seeks different products and explores new fields of edible fungi development in order to stand out from the competition.Edible fungi functional drink is the new product after competition,its main function is to reduce the physical fatigue of athletes.Therefore,by summarizing the connotation of functional drinks,the effects of edible fungi functional drinks on fatigue exercise were expounded,and the research and development of the drinks were deeply analyzed.
