摘　　要：通过对食用菌在生产和管理过程中存在的问题进行总结,并提出切实有效的法律法规建议予以完善。以期通过研究,结合农业法律,为食用菌管理工作提供法律方面的支持,使其在稳定的环境中持续发展。The problems existing in the production and management of edible fungi were summarized,and proposes effective laws and regulations to improve them.With a view to providing legal support for edible fungi management through the research and combining with agricultural laws,it would make it develop continuously in a stable environment.
