摘 要:目的:研究中药煎药机对中药饮片内存在的挥发性成分相关煎出量的影响效果。方法:选择中药徐长卿饮片作为实验材料,分别采取传统后下方法、中药煎药机煎煮方法、实行煎煮5、10、20、30min,统计不同中药煎煮方式在不同煎煮时间下的丹皮酚煎出量。结果:密闭机后下方法、循环机后下方法、密闭机浸泡方法在煎煮相同时间的丹皮酚煎出量高于传统后下方法,证明数据值检测有统计学意义(P<0.05);密闭机后下方法、密闭机浸泡方法在煎煮相同时间的丹皮酚煎出量高于循环机后下方法,证明数据值检测有统计学意义(P<0.05);密闭机后下方法在煎煮相同时间的丹皮酚煎出量对比密闭机浸泡方法,未证明数据值检测有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:采取中药煎药机对中药饮片实行煎煮可提升挥发性成分的煎出量,存在重要运用价值。Objective:To study the effect of traditional Chinese medicine decoction machine on the amount of volatile components in traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces.Methods:Xu changqing decoction pieces of traditional Chinese medicine were selected as the experimental materials,and the traditional back-down method and decoction method of traditional Chinese medicine decoction machine were respectively adopted to fry for 5,10,20 and 30 minutes.The quantity of paeonol in different decoction methods of traditional Chinese medicine was calculated.Results:The decocting amount of paeonol in closed machine,circulating machine and closed machine for the same time was higher than that in traditional closed machine,which proved the statistical significance of data value detection(P<0.05).The amount of paeonol decocted in the same time in the closed machine was higher than that in the closed machine soaking method,which proved the statistical significance of data value detection(P<0.05).The amount of paeonol decocted in the same time in the closed machine was not proved to be statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:It is of great value to use traditional Chinese medicine decoction machine to increase the amount of volatile components in decoction pieces.
