摘  要:近年来我国土壤中六价铬Cr(Ⅵ)污染治理需求极为迫切,生物修复作为一种经济高效、绿色环保的新兴修复技术,逐步被国内外广泛关注与应用。本文系统综述了细菌修复、真菌修复、植物修复等生物方法对Cr(Ⅵ)污染土壤的修复机理与应用现状,进一步阐明了不同生物修复技术在基础研究与工程应用中的适用性与局限性,并针对我国生物修复技术研发提出了相关建议,以期为我国重金属污染土壤修复提供理论参考与技术支撑。In recent years,the remediation of Cr(Ⅵ)-contaminated soils is extremely urgent.As a cost-effective and environmentally-friendly emerging remediation technology,bioremediation has been paid widely attention and applied in China and other countries.For Cr(Ⅵ)-contaminated soil,the mechanism and application of bioremediation including bacterial remediation,fungal bioremediation,phytoremediation were systematically reviewed in the paper.Furthermore,the applicability and limitations of different bioremediation technologies in basic studies and applications were also clarified.Finally,some suggestions about research and development of bioremediation technologies in China were proposed,aiming to provide theoretical references and technical supports for the remediation of heavy metal contaminated soils in China.
