摘  要:针对重型载重车半轴套管毛坯经过快捷精密挤压成形后存在的管端轴向长度偏差,设计了工艺参数关于管端轴向长度偏差的正交试验,并基于数值模拟结果建立了工艺参数关于管端轴向长度偏差的响应面方程。方差分析结果显示所建立的响应面方程具备较高的拟合精度,能够较好地反映设计变量和目标函数的响应关系。通过响应面方程的参数估计和对显著影响因素进行回归分析,获得了工艺参数对管端轴向长度偏差的影响规律。结果表明,模具挤压速度和连皮带厚度对管端轴向长度偏差具有显著的影响,且管端轴向长度偏差随挤压速度和连皮带厚度的增加都呈现降低的趋势,而坯料始锻温度对管端轴向长度偏差的影响不明显。通过对响应面方程进行求解优化并结合现场生产条件确定了最优的工艺参数组合,采用优化的工艺参数进行的数值模拟所得结果和工艺试验测量结果基本吻合,试制产品合格,管端轴向长度偏差得到优化,验证了优化方案和数值模拟的正确性。Aiming at the axial length deviation of tube end of the half axle shaft tube semi-finished product of heavy trucks after rapid and precise extrusion forming,the orthogonal test of the process parameters about axial length deviation of tube end was designed.Based on the numerical simulation results,the response surface equation of the process parameters of the axial length deviation of tube end was established.The variance analysis results show that the established response surface equation has high fitting accuracy and can reflect the response relationship between the design variables and the objective function well.By the parameter eatimation of response surface equation and the regression analysis of significant factors,the effect rules of process parameters on the axial length deviation of tube end were obtained.The results show that the die extrusion speed and connecting belt thickness have significant effects on the axial length deviation of tube end,and the axial length deviation of tube end decreases with the increase of extrusion speed and the connecting belt thickness,while the influence of initial forging temperature of blank on the axial length deviation of tube end is not obvious.By solving and optimizing the response surface equation and combining with the field production conditions,the optimal combination of process parameters was determined.The result obtained by numerical simulation carried out with the optimal process parameters is basically consistent with the measurement result of the process experiment.The trial product is qualified and the axial length deviation of tube end is optimized,which verifies the correctness of the optimization scheme and numerical simulation.
