摘 要:概念设计阶段主要进行产品原理解构建,是决定产品性能的重要阶段。针对现有确定方案在后端进行轻量化的现状,在概念设计阶段进行产品的轻量化方案设计并评价其轻量化结果,形成一种轻量化前端设计与评价方法。首先根据需求、EE-FBS功能模型求解产品的原理结构,然后从原理结构中界定轻量化操作单元—原理构件,之后基于原理构件的理想化水平选择轻量化对象,接着基于Inspire(仿真驱动设计软件)对轻量化对象进行拓扑优化,并基于轻量化对象的理想化水平变化率建立轻量化评价体系以评价轻量化结果的合理性;最后以便携式阻车器的轻量化过程验证了理论的实用性和有效性。The conceptual design phase is mainly structuring principle solution of product,which is an important stage to determine the performance of the product. Aiming at the current situation to existing solution is lighted weight in the later design,a lightweight design and lightweight evaluation is carried out in the conceptual design stage to form a lightweight design and evaluation method in the front design. First of all,solved principle structure of product according to demand and EE-FBS function model,then defined the lightweight operating unit-principle component from the principle structure,after selected lightweight object based on the idealization level of principle component,then implemented topology optimization of lightweight object based on Inspire(simulation driven design software),and established the evaluation system based on the rate of change of idealization level of lightweight object to evaluate the rationality of lightweight results;Finally,verified the practicability and validity of the theory with the lightweight process of portable car arrester.
