摘 要:为解决汽车低速正面碰撞时,防撞梁变形过大超过极限空间,吸能盒吸能不足等问题。重建汽车前防撞系统原始结构,利用混合元胞自动机对其实施碰撞拓扑优化,获得了最佳的材料分布,将防撞梁设计成截面为"目"字形的铝型材,并带有侧翼加强的吸能盒新结构。对新结构方案进行三维模型重建,并将其参数化,搭建了基于ISIGHT优化平台,对设计变量自动寻优求解。研究结果表明:新结构设计方法可以得到合理的前防撞系统形状和尺寸,提高汽车低速碰撞的耐撞性指标。In order to solve the problem that the deformation of the anti-collision beam is too large to exceed the limit space and the energy absorbing capacity of the energy absorbing box is insufficient.Rebuilding automobile front collision avoidance system of the original structure.The collision topology optimization was carried out by using hybrid cellular automaton and the best material distribution was obtained. The anti-collision beam cross section is designed into the variable thickness aluminum composite structure with the shape of "目". In addition,the strengthened crash box with flank is designed.The 3 D model of the new structure is reconstructed and its parameters are set up. Based on the ISIGHT optimization platform,the design variables are optimized automatically. The results show that the new design method can obtain the reasonable shape and size of the front collision avoidance system,and improve the crashworthiness index of low speed collision.
